OnSet Mats is the latest extension of Tony Ware's expanding company offering Real Estate service and Film Locations in Southern California. Tony has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since May 2006. He established his company, Picture Perfect Property, in 2010 to combine his Real Estate services and Picture Perfect Film Locations – a targeted business providing prime locations for filmmakers, film students and event planners.

Eric Baines has been in corporate America for over 20 years working with HUGHES Electronics, DIRECTV, and AT&T, in addition to being in the real estate industry and property management. He  is also currently the owner of FASTSIGNS of Inglewood/LAX.
